ARTICULO 54. Auxilio de transporte. Los empleados públicos del Ministerio de Defensa y de la Policía Nacional, tienen derecho a un auxilio de transporte, liquidado de acuerdo con las disposiciones legales vigentes.

Parágrafo

No tendrán derecho al auxilio de que trata este artículo los empleados que utilicen transporte oficial ni aquellos otros que, existiendo dicho transporte, dejaren de utilizarlo.
