Contenido de la convocatoria: La convocatoria debe contener los siguientes puntos: a. Fecha y hora de la reunión. b. Lugar donde se realizará la asamblea, especificando en detalle la ubicación del lugar donde deliberarán y decidirán, se deberá incluir no sólo la dirección sino precisar el salón, edificio o similar, cuando fuere el caso. c. Expresar que se trata de una Asamblea Extraordinaria.
