º . Traslados. Los Congresistas, empleados del Congreso y empleados del Fondo, que dentro del Sistema General de Pensiones opten por el Régimen Solidario de Prima Media con Prestación Definida, deberán afiliarse al Fondo de Previsión Social del Congreso de la República. En caso de que selección en el Régimen de Ahorro Individual con solidaridad, deberán cotizar a la sociedad administradora de fondos de pensiones que hayan escogido.
