Sobre Las Comisiones De Verificación (Cv) De La Sociedad Civil

Decreto 3 de 2021 · por el cual se expide el protocolo de acciones preventivas, concomitantes y posteriores, denominado “Estatuto de Reacción, Uso y Verificación de la Fuerza Legítima del Estado y Protección del Derecho a la Protesta Pacífica Ciudadana.

Sobre las Comisiones de Verificación (CV) de la sociedad civil. Las Comisiones de Verificación están conformadas por organizaciones de derechos humanos o demás organizaciones que propendan por la promoción y protección de los derechos humanos en la manifestación pública y pacífica.

Parágrafo

Con el fin de generar mayor coordinación e interlocución con las autoridades encargadas de garantizar las manifestaciones y protestas pacíficas, las personas integrantes de estas Comisiones deben estar identificadas mediante un distintivo de carácter visible.
