° En las oficinas de los funcionarios que deben espedir las boletas, conforme al artículo 1.° de este decreto, se abrirá un rejistro nominal de los empleados que obtengan pasaje grátis por el ferrocarril, con espresion de las circunstancias indicadas en el artículo anterior. Copia de ese rejistro se enviará mensualmente a la Secretaría de Hacienda i Fomento de la Union, para su publicación en el Diario Oficial .
