ARTÍCULO ÚNICO. La ley puede erigir en Departamento la Intendencia del Chocó, aun cuando no tenga el número de habitantes requerido por el ordinal 2º del Artículo 2º del Acto legislativo número 1º de 1936, sin afectar los territorios de los Departamentos de Antioquía, Caldas y Valle del Cauca.
