CAUSALES EN LOS SERVICIOS CON INTERVENCION DE LOCALES. En los juicios en que deben intervenir vocales, son causales de nulidad, además de las expresadas en el artículo anterior, las siguientes

Reemplazar ilegalmente, en el acto del sorteo de vocales, a algunos de los designados o no reemplazarlos si existiere causa legal para hacerlo.

Haberse incurrido en la diligencia de sorteo de vocales en error que impida saber con precisión cual fue la persona o personas designadas para integrar el cuerpo de vocales.

Ser el vocal o vocales inferior en grado o antigüedad que el procesado.
