Los actos o decisiones que tome el Gerente General, en ejercicio de las funciones a él asignadas por la ley, estos Estatutos o Acuerdos posteriores de la Junta Directiva, se denominaran Resoluciones y se numerarán sucesivamente con indicación del día, mes y año en que se expidan.
