La presente ley rige a partir de su promulgación, modifica en lo pertinente los artículos 25 y 51 de la Ley 789 de 2002 que a su vez modificara los artículos 160 y 161 del Código Sustantivo del Trabajo, y demás disposiciones que le sean contrarias.
