º . Seguros y gastos de administración. De conformidad con el artículo 108 de la Ley 100 de 1993, Caxdac podrá contratar los seguros para atender las pensiones de invalidez y sobrevivientes. De las cotizaciones de los actuales afiliados, podrá ser empleado por Caxdac para gastos de administración, el porcentaje máximo que autorice la Superintendencia Bancaria.
