ARTICULO 22 . PERSONAL HOSPITALIZADO. Cuando un oficial, suboficial, miembro del nivel ejecutivo, agente o personal no uniformado permanezca uno (1) o más meses hospitalizado o en tratamiento médico ambulatorio, la dirección o jefatura correspondiente rinde al superior respectivo, un informe que contenga

Tiempo de permanencia en el hospital o en tratamiento.

Concepto médico sobre las condiciones en las cuales es dado de alta para el servicio.

Conducta demostrada durante el tiempo que estuvo bajo su responsabilidad.

Fecha en la cual terminó la hospitalización o tratamiento.

Cualquier otro concepto pertinente para la evaluación.
