Por el presente acuerdo quedan derogadas y abrogadas todas las leyes, órdenes y decretos que en cualquier modo y tiempo se hubieren promulgado en la parte en que contradijeren ó se opusieren á este convenio, cuya fuerza en lo porvenir será firme como de ley del Estado.
