Artículo segundo. Modificase el artículo 4o. del Decreto ley número 3871 de 1949 en el sentido de que una vez cumplida la sustitución de que habla el inciso 1o. del artículo que se modifica continuara pagándose la prima anual de beneficios en vez de la participación en las utilidades.
