Evaluación y seguimiento . El Consejo Nacional Transparente organizará, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto por el artículo 343 de la Constitución Política, los sistemas y los procedimientos que permitan efectuar el seguimiento y la evaluación posterior de los programas y acciones financiados.
