Articulo 132. Del principio general de responsabilidad disciplinaria. El funcionario del Sistema Nacional de Salud que incluya en conductas que puedan llegar a constituir falta disciplinaria será responsable por excepción de los casos expresamente señalados en el presente estatuto, y sin perjuicio en la responsabilidad civil o penal que la acción pueda originar.
