º. Transitorio. Transferencia de derechos y obligaciones contractuales. Los contratos o convenios que hayan sido perfeccionados con cargo al presupuesto de la Red de Solidaridad Social, que no correspondan a los objetivos y funciones de la Red de Solidaridad Social, de acuerdo a la Ley 368 de 1997 y al Decreto 1225 de 1997, serán cedidos al Departamento Administrativo de la Presidencia de la República, para lo cual se hará la nota de cesión en el texto de los contratos o convenios.
