CONSERVACION Y DESINFECCION. Las plantas pasterizadoras de leches cumplirán con los requisitos del presente estatuto y sus reglamentaciones. Además, deberán tener los sistemas necesarios para la conservación de la leche, con equipo de lavado y desinfección de los recipientes que estén en contacto con ésta.
