° Los pagos los practicará individualmente en cada División, en presencia del Jefe, al cual exigirá una constancia de que se han cubierto todos los haberes devéngados, constancia que expedirá el jefe con especificación de los individuos que por estar en el Hospital; en comisiones u otro servicio, no reciban sus sueldos, los cuales; depositará inmediatamente en la Caja de la Habilitación.
