Autorízase al Gobierno Nacional para prestar la garantía de la Nación a la Empresa Centrales Eléctricas del Huila, S.A., en el contrato que celebre esta entidad con la Federación Nacional de Cafeteros, o con los proveedores de esta clase de equipo, por el total del valor, ya sea en pesos o en dólares, de la unidad termoeléctrica a que se refiere el artículo 1º de esta Ley.
