° Todo comerciante o sociedad comercial á quien se expida una patente está en la obligación de remitirla inmediatamente al Administrador de la Aduana por donde haya de verificarse la importación de los artículos sobre que versa la patente. Este empleado la conservará en su poder para hacer la debida confrontación cuando se reciban los artículos á que ella se refiera.
