Artículo primero. Créanse los cargos de Director General y de Secretaria Mecanotaquígrafa de la Dirección, del Departamento de Carreteras Nacionales del Ministerio de Obras Públicas, con las sigilaciones mensuales de mil quinientos pesos ($ 1 500.00) y de trescientos cincuenta pesos ($ 350.00), respectivamente, que se cubrirán con imputación al Capítulo 111, artículo 1803 del Presupuesto de Gastos vigente.
