Llegada la fecha y la hora señalada para la celebración de la audiencia, esta se iniciará con la exposición de los cargos, se oirán los descargos del denunciado y se interrogarán a los testigos que se presenten, de todo lo cual se extenderá un acta que será suscrita por las personas que hayan participado de la diligencia.
