º Adiciónase el artículo 6º del Decreto 3227 de 1982 con el siguiente numeral: "5. A las participaciones que posean o llegaren a poseer personas naturales o jurídicas que tengan la calidad de inversionistas subregionales, de conformidad con lo dispuesto por el Decreto 170 de 1977, calidad ésta que deberán comprobar ante el Superintendente Bancario".
