Las Comisiones, Subcomisiones y demás empleados nombrados para la destrucción de la langosta, podrán hacer uso libre del correo y del telégrafo de la Nación para llenar su cometido, no pudiendo enviar más de tres despachos semanales ni tener cada uno de ellos más de veinticinco palabras.
