Régimen jurídico de la liquidación. La liquidación del Fondo de Pasivo Social de la Empresa Puertos de Colombia, se adelantará de conformidad con lo previsto en el Decreto 1689 de 1997, en el presente Decreto y en general, en las normas legales, reglamentarias y estatutarias de la Entidad, las vigentes sobre la materia y garantizando el funcionamiento de la Entidad durante el proceso liquidatorio.
