°. El artículo 41 de la Ley 65 de 1993 quedará así: Artículo 41. Funciones de Policía Judicial . Los Directores General, Regional y de establecimientos de reclusión del Instituto Nacional Penitenciario y Carcelario, tendrán funciones de Policía Judicial para la investigación de delitos que se cometan al interior de los establecimientos de reclusión, en los términos del Código de Procedimiento Penal hasta que la Fiscalía General de la Nación asuma el conocimiento.
