Decreto 997 de 1905 · Sobre Rentas de tabaco, cigarrillos y fósforos, licores extranjeros y pieles

Art. 1º Sobre los cigarrillos y fósforos se continuará cobrando un derecho se consumo, así: Por cada kilogramo de cigarrillos extranjeros o de cigarrillos fabricados en el país con tabaco extranjero, un peso ($1). Por cada kilogramo de cigarrillos fabricados dentro del territorio con tabaco de producción nacional, cincuenta centavos ($0-50). Por cada kilogramo de fósforos, 25 por 100 sobre la tarifa de Aduanas.

Parágrafo

Estos derechos se causarán sin perjuicio del impuesto de Aduanas que deben pagar tales artículos por su importación al territorio nacional.
