Ley 74 de 1928 · POR LA CUAL SE PROVEE AL SANEAMIENTO DE LAS CIUDADES DE CÚCUTA, PAMPLONA Y OCAÑA, SE CREA EL SERVICIO MÉDICO EN VARIAS PENITENCIARIAS Y SE FACULTA AL GOBIERNO PARA PROVEER EL SERVICIO MEDICO Y RELIGIOSO EN LAS SECCIONES DE PRESIDIO

Destínase la suma de ciento veinte mil pesos ($ 120,000) anuales, hasta la terminación de los alcantarillados y acueductos públicos de las ciudades de Cúcuta, Pamplona, y Ocaña, así:

Parágrafo

Las sumas de que trata este artículo serán entregadas a los Tesoreros Municipales de Cúcuta, Pamplona y Ocaña, y su inversión estará a cargo de las Juntas de tales obras, creadas por Ordenanzas del Departamento Norte de Santander.
