° Con el objeto de abrir al Presupuesto Nacional de gastos para el año económico de 1911 un crédito suplemental por la suma de sesenta y cinco mil pesos ($ 65,000), trasládase en el mismo Presupuesto la expresada suma tomada de la siguiente imputación : MINISTERIO DEL TESORO capítulo 76 Gastos varios. Artículo 573. Para atender a la apertura de créditos extraordinarios o suplementales, en los casos previstos por el artículo 208 de la Constitución $ 65,000
