Como efecto de la liquidación aquí ordenada Carbocol "en Liquidación" no podrá iniciar nuevas actividades en desarrollo de su objeto social y conservará su capacidad jurídica únicamente para realizar los actos, operaciones y contratos necesarios en orden a efectuar su pronta liquidación.
