° La enfermedad, en el caso de la pensión a que se refiere el artículo 8° de la Ley, se comprobará con certificado médico, expedido por el facultativo oficial y ratificado bajo juramento ante el Ministerio, de Gobierno, y del que aparezca de manera clara que la enfermedad fue adquirida durante el servicio y por razón del mismo.
