° El Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Estadística, por medio de resolución administrativa, determinará las zonas en que se divide el país para los efectos del Servicio Municipal de Estadística y señalará a cada empleado del mismo servicio, la zona donde debe ejercer sus funciones.
