Si un empleado renumerado del servicio diplomático o consular muriere en El Exterior, en el ejercicio de sus funciones, el entierro se hará por cuenta del Tesoro Nacional, y a la viuda, hijos o deudos que hubiere llevado consigo, se les abonaran los mismos viáticos de regreso que a aquel se le señalaron para la ida y el sueldo en viaje a que el extinto tenía derecho.
