Recursos. Los recursos obtenidos por concepto de las tasas por uso adoptadas por los Municipios o Distritos, se destinarán a financiar proyectos y programas de infraestructura y operación dedicada al transporte público y al mejoramiento de las condiciones de operación de los modos de transporte no motorizado, y a programas de mitigación de contaminación ambiental vehicular, con el fin de asegurar la disminución de las condiciones que las generan.
