Articulo 105 . En todos los casos de devoluciones de sumas pagadas en exceso por contribuciones de valorización, se reconocerán a los contribuyentes intereses desde la fecha del pago en exceso, a una tasa igual a la que se hubiere establecido por intereses en la misma obra.
