El cierre implica la cancelación de la licencia que se hubiere concedido al laboratorio o establecimiento industrial y la de los registros sanitarios de los productos que en el se elaboren y del cual o de los cuales sea titular el laboratorio o su propietario que en el mismo se elaboren.
