Abrase a la ley de apropiaciones de la vigencia en curso el siguiente extraordinario:

DEPARTAMENTO DE OBRAS PUBLICAS

Artículo 501 bis. Para construcción de los edificios nacionales ya iniciados $ 200.000

Parágrafo

El gasto de que trata este artículo se hará de las economías que el Gobierno realice en este Departamento.
