El Artículo 2º de la ley 70 de 1937 , quedará así: los empleados dependientes del Ministerio de Correos y Telégrafos tendrán derecho a viáticos cuando se les traslade de un lugar a otro, por necesidades del servicio, en la proporción que señale el Ministerio, teniendo en cuenta las menores o mayores facilidades del transporte. El gasto que ocasione esta disposición se pagará de la partida que se asigne para viáticos en el presupuesto del Ministerio.
