El turista que haya entrado al país con esta tarjeta no podrá salir del territorio colombiano sin el vehículo amparado por la misma. En caso contrario el turista deberá poner el vehículo a disposición de la aduana de acuerdo con las normas que establezca la reglamentación de que trata el artículo anterior.
