Autorízase a la Gobernación del Magdalena para que haga efectivo el impuesto de timbre departamental creado por la Ordenanza número 137 del año en curso, y destinado a los fondos del centenario. Dicho impuesto será cobrado en los términos que la citada Ordenanza establece.
