Anulado.

a)

Prestar el servicio de transporte escolar sin portar el permiso expedido por la autoridad municipal competente o con este vencido;

b)

Prestar el servicio de transporte escolar sin portar los distintivos exigidos para la operación;

c)

Prestar el servicio sin llevar el adulto acompañante;

d)

Prestar el servicio sin contar con el sistema de comunicaciones en perfecto estado de funcionamiento;

e)

No mantener vigentes los seguros de responsabilidad civil contractual y extracontractual exigidos en las disposiciones vigentes;

f)

No mantener el vehículo en óptimas condiciones de seguridad.
