" ARTICULO 2 8

Cada una de las Partes contratantes se compromete a hacer punibles con penas adecuadas, inclusive la confiscación de las sustancias materia de delito, cuando sea el caso, las infracciones a sus leyes y reglamentos tendientes a dar aplicación a la presente Convención.
