Artículo cuarto. La Escuela Normal Industrial de Bogotá expedirá el título de "Profesor de Talleres".

Parágrafo

El título de "Profesor de Talleres" de la Escuela Normal Industrial de Bogotá, dará derecho a ingresar a la Tercera Categoría Grupo B del Escalafón Nacional de Enseñanza Secundaria; a la Segunda Categoría, después de siete (7) años de servicio, y a la Primera Categoría al contemplar diez (19) años de servicio en la enseñanza secundaria.
