la Oficina General del Trabajo conocerá también del estudio de las condiciones actuales de los trabajadores de la tierra, generalmente conocidos en el país con el nombre de arrendatarios; de la defensa de los predios de los colonos o cultivadores que tengan derecho a ello; a la facilidades del capital y maquinarias que emplean en sus labores y en fin, a todo cuanto tienda a mejorar su actual condición.
