Funciones de la Comisión Intersectorial de Servicio al Ciudadano. La Comisión Intersectorial de Servicio al Ciudadano tendrá a su cargo la coordinación y orientación de las políticas y actividades del Sistema Nacional del Servicio al Ciudadano, así como el aseguramiento de la complementariedad y articulación de sus esfuerzos con los Sistemas de Desarrollo Administrativo, de Control Interno, de Gestión de Calidad y la política de racionalización y automatización de trámites establecidos en las Leyes 87 de 1993, 489 de 1998, 872 de 2003 y 962 de 2005, respectivamente. Del mismo modo, la Comisión tendrá como una de sus funciones, darse su propio reglamento.
