Conformación De Núcleos Productivos

Ley 2206 de 2022 · por medio del cual se incentiva el uso productivo de la guadua y el bambú y su sostenibilidad ambiental en el territorio Nacional.

Los propietarios de predios privados o colectivos o la administración municipal, que haya registrado ante la autoridad ambiental competente, sus guaduales y bambusales categoría 2 y 3, ubicados en área rural y urbana, podrán conformar núcleos productivos para el manejo sostenible, para lo cual elaborará un estudio técnico conjunto, para todo el núcleo.

Parágrafo

El Ministerio de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible, dentro de los seis (6) meses siguientes a la promulgación de la presente ley, reglamentará el procedimiento para la conformación de los núcleos productivos.
