Infracciones administrativas y sanciones aplicables . A los comerciantes domiciliados en el municipio de Inírida en el departamento de Guainía y en los municipios de Puerto Carreño, La Primavera y Cumaribo en el departamento del Vichada, les serán aplicables, en lo pertinente, las sanciones establecidas en el artículo 500 del Decreto 2685 de 1999.
