Para Los Casos Pertinentes Contemplados En Los Artículos Anteriores, Las Participaciones Asignadas A Los Departamentos, Intendencias O Comisarias Para Dichas Obras, Le Serán Entregadas Por La Nación, Directamente Al Instituto Nacional De Fomento Municipal

° Para los casos pertinentes contemplados en los Artículos anteriores, las participaciones asignadas a los Departamentos, Intendencias o Comisarias para dichas obras, le serán entregadas por la Nación, directamente al Instituto Nacional de Fomento Municipal.

Parágrafo

En estos casos, si los Tesoreros Departamentales ya hubieren recibido de la Nación parte de las apropiaciones asignadas en el Decreto número 0078 de 1955, deberán entregar al Instituto esa parte recibida.
