Art. 7.° La Compañía no puede entrar en ninguna otra clase de negociaciones que no sean las determinadas en la escritura social, modificar sus Estatutos ó prorrogar el término de su duración el cual será de noventa años sin obtener para todo esto la autorización previa del Gobierno Ejecutivo.
