El que cometa uno de los hechos previstos en los artículos precedentes, para procurarse a sí mismo o para procurar a otro, un medio de prueba de hechos verdaderos, incurre en el arresto de un mes a dos años, si se trata de escritura o documento públicos, o de quince días a seis meses, si se trata de documentos privados.
